It is recommended that your stuffed balloon be gifted to your participant within 24 hours of pick up or drop off time. Stand time of the balloon can be affected by temperature and other objects that are out of my control, which is why we suggest the delivery time be within 24 hours. A care list for your balloon has been provided below:
-Keep any sharp objects away from the balloon prior to popping it. Each stuffed balloon has a pin provided with it, this is for the safety of any unnecessary items that could potentially get in the way.
-keep out of reach from any small children and try and resist yourself from touching the balloon multiple times, only when necessary.
-When shifting the balloon from one surface space to another, always hold gently by the box with two hands.
-Temperature: locate the balloon in a room temperature room making sure it is out of direct sunlight and blowing air such as air-cons or fans.
